Ciao, i'm the owner of the Siete Delfines hotel bar restaurant in santa fe (see photos below),where you see the baretto sulla spiagga in your website, i write you because is for sale now including the 14000m2 land located at the back of the building, this land has a wall 2mts high  around the all perimeter and is closed to public access, i sale everything

the prize is 700.000usd

for the land and hotel inclusive, 12 rooms with privat wc, restaurant and bar at the beach plus sea view terrace, plus lots of parking space,is a good object and the prize is very low, i hope you can help me to find who is going to buy it, recomend it.
